Why Bibliotherapy?

Do you enjoy reading fiction and non-fiction books? We all love to read literature of some sorts. Indeed, I believe there is a book for every person in every situation. I believe that reading improves relationships and communication over the long term. For example, when you do get into counselling, having read books about how you feel makes it easier for you to have the words to say what needs to be said.

How do I qualify to offer this service, you may ask. Well, I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Master of Library and Information Studies, am an Accredited Health Information Professional, and I am certified in Mental Health First Aid.
