New platform success - I can say what I wish to be said!
So serendipitously, I had gotten frustrated this morning and threw together a 9-slide in PowerPoint and called it:
"Doctor’s Privilege and Patient Communication"
How to bridge the ginormous gap between long-term health (aka chronic or lifelong) barriers or challenges that fall to the right and left of average on medical bell charts.
Then got into Spotify, where I had deposited my podcast for free until I could figure out what to do with this content. Well, turns out that they now have a whole space and system (Riverside FM) to create and edit podcasts! The transcript feature is one of the best ones I have encountered yet (like it has me thinking of paying for a subscription). Their system shaved hours of work off that cut almost three minutes out that would have taken me forever with some control of how much or how little is modified. Only downside is it seems to be dark theme only, which is my general issue with Spotify, anyway. That aside, this creator space in Spotify with partnership with Riverside is an absolute game changer.
So here is the result! Oh, I even talk about people with disabilities being represented in Electronic Health Records among many other points.
Doctors Privilege and Patient Communication
Listen on how to improve patient communication with patients with disabilities, veteran patients, and those with lifelong or severe medical conditions. I talk about how to bring awareness to attitudes and perceptions through real life story experiences as a deafblind person with complex health issues. I even touch on representation of accommodations in Electronic Health Records (EHR or EMR) and so much more.
