013 How are you training & developing?

Updated: Jul 15

Hello, and welcome to another episode of the unLibrarian. Today we’re talking about how to go about training oneself to do the work that must be done, especially as your own business. Last episode talked about organization: how you're organized, your processes, your documentation, your information and resilience. Today, we're going to focus on training.
